Access Requirements - Clients must ensure clear access to all windows prior to service. - Furniture or personal items near windows should be moved before the appointment. - For upper-level windows, safe ladder access or walkways must be available. Weather Conditions - Services may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions. - Light rain does not typically impact service, but rescheduling will be determined at the company’s discretion. Client Responsibilities - Pets should be secured during the service. - Notify the company of any damaged glass, faulty screens, or safety concerns prior to cleaning.
