You can easily schedule a cleaning appointment by calling our customer service line or through our website by requesting a free estimate. We will then reach out to you with the estimate and availability for your bookings. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
3. Are your cleaners trained and experienced?

5. What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is based on factors such as the size of your home, the type of cleaning service required, and the frequency of cleaning. We offer competitive pricing. If you are currently with a cleaning company or housekeeper please let us know the pricing and we will try our best to beat that price.
6. Can I customize my cleaning plan?

Certainly! We acknowledge the uniqueness of each home, and we're fully capable of customizing a cleaning plan according to your requirements. Upon your request, we'll provide a detailed list of tasks that you can check off for cleaning, allowing us to generate a quote tailored to your needs. Please note that our services require a minimum of 3 hours for our staff to visit your home. Simply inform us of your preferences, and we'll make sure to accommodate them accordingly.
7. Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning solutions, using environmentally safe products and practices to reduce our impact while promoting a healthier space for your family, pets, and our team. If you prefer us to use your supplies, we’re happy to accommodate!

8. Do you offer Carpet Cleaning?
Yes! We now provide carpet shampooing as part of our services. Please note that this service does not include moving furniture or guarantee stain removal. Our deep-cleaning shampoo process refreshes your carpets, leaving them looking, smelling, and feeling revitalized.
Carpets will remain damp for approximately 2–4 hours. For faster drying, we recommend keeping windows open to allow proper airflow and reduce humidity.

9. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid any fees.
