Upholstery Cleaning Service Policy 1. Service Overview We provide upholstery cleaning services utilizing methods such as steam/hot water extraction (commonly known as steam cleaning) and low-moisture shampooing. 2. Pre-Service Requirements Access: Clients must ensure unobstructed access to the areas requiring cleaning. Utilities: Availability of hot and cold water, electricity, and a suitable waste disposal method is necessary. Environment: The indoor temperature should be within a comfortable range (65°F–75°F) to facilitate effective cleaning and drying. Safety: Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from the cleaning area.​ 3. Safety and Liability Equipment Hazards: Be aware that hoses and equipment may pose tripping hazards. Clients should keep children and pets away from the work area during and immediately after the service. Limitations: While we strive for excellence, certain stains (e.g., ink, dye, pet urine) may be permanent. We cannot guarantee complete removal of such stains.​ 4. Payment Terms Residential Clients: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Commercial Clients: Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.​ 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of $50 to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business.​ 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please get in touch with us within 48 hours. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.​
