Cancellation Policy

Preparation - Clients are responsible for removing small items, breakables, and clutter from the carpeted areas before service. Drying Time - Carpets typically take 8–16 hours to dry depending on ventilation, carpet thickness, and weather conditions. - We recommend limiting foot traffic until carpets are completely dry. Stain Removal - While our professional shampooing process removes most dirt and stains, some permanent stains (e.g., from bleach, dye, or heavy pet damage) may not be fully removed. Liability - We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinkage, or issues resulting from prior cleaning methods or carpet age. Aftercare - Clients should avoid walking on damp carpet with shoes and keep pets off until fully dry. - Proper ventilation and use of fans/AC will help speed up drying. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Standard cancellation policies apply. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
