Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Service Availability - Pick-up and drop-off times must be scheduled in advance through our website or customer service. - We offer flexible scheduling, but same-day service is subject to availability. 2. Laundry Preparation - Please ensure all laundry is bagged securely—no loose items. - We are not responsible for items left in pockets, please check before handing over your laundry! - If special care is needed please indicate this in your order. 3. Turnaround Time & Delivery - Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours, but this may vary based on order volume and selected service. - We will drop off your clean laundry at the designated location. If no one is available, we will leave it in a safe place as instructed. 4. Payment & Fees - Deposit is due before pick-up ($30) - The minimum charge is $30 - please refer to our FAQs for further information - Payment is due upon service completion unless prepaid. - Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $30 cancellation fee. 5. Liability & Quality Assurance - We handle all laundry with care, but we are not responsible for shrinkage, fading, or damage due to manufacturer defects or unmarked special care items. - If an item is missing, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. 6.
